Renting Space

Luminous Warrior is located at 520 10th Street NW, Washington DC, on the second floor of a 2-story brick building. We are located across the street from Ford’s Theater, one block south of Madam Tussaud and on block north of the FBI.

Our space is available for rental most weekdays from 9am-5pm, occasional Sundays and at other times by appointment. It can be rented hourly, for half days or full days.

  • No noise issues. The space is quiet and well insulated. You can teach a meditation class or have a music rehearsal without interferance.

Rates:

Hourly: $80 per hour
Half-day: $250
Full-day: $500
Weekends and off hours may carry a surcharge.

  • 1 combined changing and bathroom (no locker rooms)
  • 2 operable  large windows and lots of light

Rates:

  • Hourly: $30
  • Half-day: $100
  • Full-day: $200

The above rates are for Mondays through Fridays between 9am and 5pm. Weekends and off hours may carry a surcharge. Monthly plans can be arranged.

Some rules to keep in mind:
  • No street shoes allowed
  • No alcoholic beverages or drugs
  • No pets (service animals are allowed)
