There are numerous studies indicating the health benefits of a regular workout routine and stress management practices, such as meditation and yoga. By participating in Luminous Warrior’s Corporate Wellness program, employees and personnel of participating organizations will have unlimited access to instructor-led classes in self defense, fitness, yoga, and stress and life skills management. Employees will also be eligible for significant discounts on Luminous Warrior workshops, retreats, and events. Luminous Warrior offers expert-level, professional instruction in a premium facility located in the heart of downtown Washington DC, just 2 blocks from Metro Center.
