We are open at the hours listed above; however, we may be teaching classes or in private sessions. In most cases, your message will be returned the same business day.

Directions:

We are located on 10th Street, in between F Street and E Street NW, across the street from Ford’s Theater. Look for our clearly marked door in between two souvenir shops. You will see our name, logo and a big number “520″ in white lettering on the door. Please ring the buzzer to be let in. Take the stairs up to the second floor. Please be prepared to remove your street shoes before entering our upstairs space. Bring non-marking training  shoes, MMA shoes, or train barefoot. We’re trying to keep the floors and center clean. The first time your face is on the mat, we’re sure you’ll appreciate.

Metro
We are 2 blocks form the 9th & G Street Chinatown Metro exit and 2 blocks from the 11th Street Metro Center exit.

Drive
Please consider our Earth before driving…if you have to drive, there is a parking lot across the street from us, next to Ford’s Theater. Mondays through Fridays after 6:30pm, you can park in front of the building. Other metered street parking is available.

Bike
There are two Capital Bike Share Stations located 2.5 block from us, one at Metro Center Station and the other at the Portrait Gallery.
