If you want to learn how to punch, kick, elbow, knee and strike effectively, powerfully and devastatingly, come to our Extreme Combatives class and experience our enhanced version of the ultimate kickboxing class. This classes focuses on your physical stamina and power. Extreme Combatives distinguishes itself from our self defense classes by focusing on everything except on scenario-based self defenses.

Adopted from the combat striking arts of Krav Maga, Muay Thai (Thai boxing), boxing, and kickboxing, the techniques you learn in this class have been adapted to give you explosive skills and physical conditioning.
