If you want to learn how to punch, kick, elbow, knee and strike effectively and powerfully, come to our Extreme Combatives class. This is a mindfulness inspired workout that focuses on your physical stamina and power.

Extreme Combatives is for beginning levels and advanced practitioners alike. Adopted from the combat striking arts of Krav Maga, Muay Thai (Thai boxing), boxing, and kickboxing, the techniques you learn in this class have been adapted to give you explosive skills and physical conditioning. When you leave our class, you will not only tone your muscles and get in shape, you will also boost your confidence and leave your stress behind.
