The Space
Luminous Warrior is located at 520 10th Street NW, Washington DC, on the second floor of a 2-story brick building. We are located across the street from Ford’s Theater, one block south of Madam Tussaud and on block north of the FBI.
Our space is available for rental most weekdays from 9am-5pm, occasional Sundays and at other times by appointment. It can be rented hourly, for half days or full days.
Location:
- 2 blocks from Metro Center
- 3 blocks from Gallery Place metro station
- Secure, private entrance with 24 hour access
- Two flights of stairs with no elevator
- 2,000+ square feet of total space
Large Room:
- Approximately 1,100 square feet of matted martial arts floor
- Large waiting area
- Wall-to-wall mirrors in matted floor area
- Hardwood floor in non-matted areas
- 1 combined changing and bathroom (no locker rooms)
- Operable large windows and lots of light
- Exposed brick wall
- Small skylight
- Filtered water fountain
- Individually monitored AC and Heat, 24 hours a day
- No noise issues. The space is quiet and well insulated. You can teach a meditation class or have drumming rehearsal without interferance.

Rates:
Hourly: $100 per hour
Half-day: $300 (4 hours)
Full-day: $500 (8 hours)
Weekends may carry a surcharge
Small Room:
- Approximately 8 by 12 feet
- 2 small chairs
- Hardwood floor
- 1 combined changing and bathroom (no locker rooms)
- 2 operable large windows and lots of light

- Massage table
- Yoga blankets
- Wireless internet
Rates:
Half-day: $100 (4 hours)
Full-day: $150 (8 hours)
Weekends may carry a surcharge.
Some rules to keep in mind:
- No street shoes allowed
- No alcoholic beverages or drugs
- No pets (service animals are allowed)
